Didn’t do a thing.

I have to admit that I did NOT get in contact with their customer support. I don’t have time to work on problems with software I try and since most work, I don’t think it’s just me.
I tried this using .pdf’s with two people. One had a Windows computer and one a MAC. The MAC could not open the file and the Windows opened without a password.
My two cents worth….
